This print is beautiful. It's a commonly depicted subject, but it is very special. The composition, tonal quality, and movement are exceptional and evocative. The piece is true to it's title... breathtaking!

I have wanted this for my pro life bulletin board at my Catholic Church and I wasn’t disappointed. It is beautiful and it has so much meaning put in a picture. A picture speaks better then words and this picture says it all. Thanks

For respect of the Maori people of New Zealand do not purchase any of these works,The seller has not respected the person in this picture, or his decendants or his culture and race. Please imagine if someone had taken a picture of a close family member, without your permission or knowledge and sold it to anyone willing to purchase for personal profit, as a shower curtain, a cushion etc. It is disrespectful that our ancestors would be treated as cheap decor, only ignorance and greed could do such a thing.
Jenn Matiaha
This is disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourself!
Bianca Adams
Take these Maori portraits down now!!!!!!!
Bianca Adams
Disgusting website ripping off our ancestors portraits for money!! You do NOT have permission!!!!!

Who is Tamata it Is Tamati Waka Nene at least spell the name properly. And as an researcher of Maori history you have no right to put his face any where with out permission. And you are very disrespectful .
Kateao NehuaJackson-Arcand
I am a direct blood decendent of Tamati Wakanene. Where did you get the right to profit from my blood! There already is an uproar about slot of the images. You best stop what you are doing before you find yourselves in court!
Tiffany Matthews
I'm appalled that you would use these images and trivialise them to random house hold items. It's disgusting whether the images were lawfully obtained or not. Take them off your site.
David Burrows
Tamata Waka Nene was a great warrior and Nga Puhi leader (which happens to be my tribe), do you get how utterly insulting to us that you use the image of a great man as a fricken shower curtain? Did you do any research as to who this man was? I guess not. Heres a handy link: http://www.teara.govt.nz/en/biographies/1n2/nene-tamati-waka Hey, while your'e at it, here's a suggestion- How about you make shower curtains with images of people from the holocaust? Im sure that will go down like a cup of cold spew
Nick Ball
Do you realise how culturally insensitive it is to have a print of a respected Maori Chief splayed across a shower curtain, of all things???
